1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC") define the reciprocal rights and obligations in the event of the purchase of products or services on www.monsieurtrottinettes.be by a User (hereinafter "Customer"). 6. Withdrawal
Further to DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, The buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
8. Warranty
All products supplied by the company MONSIEUR TROTTINETTES benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
