1. Pick up at the store and drop-off
For customers who reside in Belgium, wishing to withdraw their order at the workshop, you can choose the option "Withdrawal at the workshop" when requesting a quote on the site. We insist on the fact that withdrawals at the workshop take place only BY APPOINTMENT. When your order is ready and validated, we invite you to contact us to make an appointment to receive your order.
2. Delivery by a service provider
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of your package and the delivery method. It also happens that volume or value can influence the delivery method and its cost.
2.2. Service Providers
You can choose between the different providers available on our site for the delivery of your package. Depending on the type of package, MONSIEUR TROTTINETTES can agree on a suitable delivery method with the Customer. Taking into account our experience and the quality of the service offered, we recommend the services of Bpost but you remain free to choose other services. For countries outside the European Union and/or subject to special customs conditions, we ask you to contact us beforehand. All possible taxes, entrance fees and formalities remain the responsibility of the buyer.
The rates will be communicated to you prior to (quote) upon acceptance of the order and after your request for a quote has reached us. It is not necessary to contact us beforehand, the delivery rate will be mentioned in the offer.
For Belgium, Bpost allows you to receive your parcel at your address and to have an online tracking http://www.bpost.be/trace if necessary. If you are absent, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office and you will be notified of this deposit by a notice of passage. For other countries, Bpost's "Bpack World" service allows you to receive your parcel at your address and, if necessary, to have an online tracking http://www.bpost.be/trace. If you are absent, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office and you will be notified of this deposit by a notice of passage. This service is the service offered by default when the offer is sent to you for bpost delivery outside Belgium.
3. Deadlines, consignment and delivery
In accordance with point 5 of our general conditions of sale, the customer acknowledges being aware of the fact that the general conditions of Bpost apply to the delivery and sending of the products and acknowledges accepting these conditions. The same applies to any other delivery provider chosen by mutual agreement between MONSIEUR TROTTINETTES and the customer and included under the heading of "Local Carrier". In any case, the parts cannot be returned for delivery before receipt of payment. The deadlines mentioned by MONSIEUR TROTTINETTES in the offer are deadlines for deposit to the delivery provider. They are indicative only and are therefore not binding. The deadlines mentioned by the delivery providers are also communicated as an indication in accordance with their general conditions listed above.
4. Non-withdrawal of the goods by the customer
If MONSIEUR TROTTINETTES send the order to the Customer in accordance with the logistical terms established in the offer accepted by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to receive or collect it at a relay point or via the designated local carrier. The non-receipt or non-withdrawal of the goods by the customer does not constitute withdrawal. The latter must be carried out in accordance with the end of Chapter 9 of our general conditions of sale listed on the website. In case of non-withdrawal of the goods by the customer and return to MONSIEUR TROTTINETTES without withdrawal, the refund of the order is not due automatically. An administrative management fee may be applied up to a maximum of EUR 15 and shipping costs will not be refunded.
MONSIEUR TROTTINETTES can in no way be held responsible for the service offered (delay, damage, loss) by carriers and service providers. Any complaint or claim must be submitted by the Customer in accordance with the specific procedures applicable by the third-party service.
